The auctioneers and staff do not warrant the accuracy, genuineness, authenticity, condition, description, weight, count or measure of any of the lots specified herein. All inspections should be made prior to placing your bids. All sales are final. Items must be paid for immediately after the sale. There is a 12% buyer’s premium in addition to applicable sales tax. Delivery charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Any shipping that is done by a 3rd party will be charged to the buyer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Checks and Cash. While the auction makes every attempt to guard the merchandise after the auction, it is the property of the buyer once the item is sold. In the event that you are a “winning bidder”, we require prompt pick up of the merchandise. Immediate pick up is preferred; however, in the event you cannot pick up items immediately, arrangements must be made to have items removed by the first Thursday following the auction.
